Description
This service helps investigate unpleasant odors occurring around toilets, toilet bases, and nearby drainage connections. The inspection covers accessible areas around the toilet, visible joints, surrounding flooring, and relevant plumbing connections. We look for signs of deteriorated toilet seals, loose connections, moisture, minor leakage, and other conditions that may contribute to persistent sewer-like smells. Where appropriate, we also assess whether the odor could be associated with nearby floor drains or ventilation issues rather than the toilet itself. After completing the inspection, we explain the findings and outline suitable next steps, which may include seal replacement, connection repairs, or additional drainage diagnostics. Removing the toilet, replacing concealed components, and carrying out major plumbing work are not included in the basic inspection unless specifically agreed in advance.
