- Step-by-Step Service Workflow
Step 1: Initial Requirement Discussion & Scope Assessment
Client Submission: The Client submits an inquiry providing relevant site details, property location, structural parameters, and a description of the observed drainage emission issue.
Requirements Review: Our operations team evaluates the provided background details to determine the necessary diagnostic resources and operational scope required for an on-site evaluation.
Step 2: Formal Scope Evaluation & Customized Quotation
Issuance of Quotation: Based on the initial assessment, we issue a written, customized service quotation to the Client.
Quotation Specifications: The quotation details the comprehensive diagnostic scope of work, estimated on-site duration, applicable taxes, and the total projected service charges.
Step 3: Initial Deposit Payment & Appointment Reservation
Website Transaction: Upon agreement to the customized quotation, the Client pays an Initial Consultation Deposit via our secure website checkout facility.
Deposit Clarification: Payment of the online deposit covers preliminary administrative evaluation, operational preparation, and reserves a dedicated time window for our field operational team.
Booking Confirmation: Once payment of the deposit is successfully processed, an official booking confirmation containing the agreed on-site inspection schedule is issued to the Client via email.
Step 4: On-Site Inspection & Balance Settlement
On-Site Execution: Our field operational team arrives at the designated property address during the confirmed service window to conduct the scheduled diagnostic assessment of the drainage pipe network.
Invoicing & Completion: Following completion of the diagnostic assessment, a formal commercial invoice is presented for the remaining balance according to the terms specified in the initial customized quotation.
- Pricing Structure & Financial Clarity
Deposit Nature: The payment collected via www.effluvialabs.com represents the initial booking deposit required to confirm an on-site service appointment, not the total final cost for complete diagnostic execution.
Statutory Taxes & Currency: All fees displayed on our website and in formal written proposals are denominated in Euros (€) and include applicable statutory European Value Added Tax (VAT).
Payment Terms: Deposits are collected online prior to dispatch. Balance invoices are due upon completion of the on-site inspection or per agreed invoice payment terms.
- Appointment Modifications & Rescheduling
Client Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge by providing written notice via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service window.
Late Modifications: Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to scheduled field operations may result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit to offset administrative and resource reservation costs.
Access Requirements: The Client must ensure safe, clear, and authorized access to relevant inspection hatches and drainage points at the scheduled time.
