Outdoor Drain and Inspection Chamber Odor Inspection

Description

This service is intended for properties experiencing unpleasant odors around outdoor drains, yard drainage points, external gullies, or accessible drainage inspection chambers. We examine the surrounding area and accessible drainage openings for signs of accumulated debris, standing water, restricted flow, damaged covers, or visible defects that may contribute to odor problems. We also assess whether the odor may be associated with a nearby internal drain or a connected underground pipe section. The inspection is carried out only where the relevant areas can be accessed safely and without entering confined spaces. After the assessment, we explain the observations and recommend appropriate cleaning, maintenance, or further drainage investigation. Opening sealed systems, entering inspection chambers, high-pressure cleaning, and underground pipe repairs are excluded unless separately arranged.
