This service is intended for property owners and managers who want to identify potential drainage odor issues before they become persistent or disruptive. During the scheduled visit, we inspect accessible floor drains, sinks, shower outlets, toilets, visible pipe connections, and other relevant drainage fixtures according to the agreed service scope. We look for early signs of residue accumulation, reduced water seals, slow drainage, deteriorating visible seals, and other conditions that may contribute to unpleasant odors. The inspection also provides an opportunity to review previous odor complaints and identify areas that may benefit from more frequent cleaning or closer monitoring. After the visit, we provide a maintenance summary with practical recommendations based on the observed condition of the drainage fixtures. Routine cleaning, replacement parts, specialist diagnostics, and repairs are separate services unless explicitly included in the maintenance agreement.
