Description
This service provides a coordinated inspection of common drainage odor sources throughout a bathroom rather than focusing on a single fixture. We assess accessible floor drains, shower drains, washbasin outlets, toilet surroundings, and visible plumbing connections to identify conditions that may contribute to unpleasant smells. The inspection considers dry or ineffective water traps, accumulated residue, poor drainage flow, loose seals, and potential odor transfer between connected fixtures. We also review whether the odor appears to be strongest in a particular area or occurs throughout the room. Following the assessment, we provide a clear summary of the inspected locations, likely causes, and recommended corrective actions. Cleaning, toilet removal, replacement of plumbing components, and repairs to concealed drainage lines are excluded from the standard inspection unless included in a separate agreement.
