Description

This service is intended for showers and wet-room areas where unpleasant odors occur around the drain, particularly when water drains slowly or odors return shortly after cleaning. We inspect the accessible drain cover, removable components, visible residue, and surrounding drainage area to identify potential buildup of hair, soap deposits, body-care product residue, and other materials. We also assess the apparent drainage flow and check whether the water trap may be dry, ineffective, or affected by a possible connection issue. The inspection helps distinguish between surface-level contamination and symptoms that may require further investigation within the drainage pipework. Based on the findings, we recommend suitable maintenance or additional diagnostic work. Deep pipe cleaning, specialist blockage removal, waterproofing repairs, and replacement of concealed components are not included in the basic assessment unless agreed separately.
